Hand smocked dress with flutter sleeves, french seams, tie that can be used or not, tied just at front or just at back. The smocking creates pleats at front and back.

The smocking was done in Australia by a skilled smocker, it is hard to find hand smockers to work with in New Zealand. Made in Auckland, New Zealand by a talented machinist.
